All parade participants are encouraged to choose their favorite Christmas movie and decorate their float or vehicle accordingly. In order to be eligible for an award, one must decorate according to the theme.

Parade Entry Rules

  1. The parade will be held rain or shine.
  2. Only one vehicle is allowed per trailer.
  3. Due to the growing popularity of the parade, it is limited to one registration per organization. For organizations that will only have vehicles in the parade, there is a limit of 4 vehicles per organization.
  4. Vehicles towing floats must be fully decorated. 
  5. Event organizers reserve the right to limit the number of vehicles per entry.
  6. All drivers of floats or motorized vehicles must provide proof of vehicle liability insurance and a valid driver's license.
  7. Floats must be built on a trailer no smaller than four feet by eight feet and must follow the theme of the parade. 
  8. There is only one Santa Claus allowed in the parade and he has already been chosen. 
  9. All animal units must be prepared to clean up after their own animals on the parade route and in the staging area. We encourage clean-up person/crew to dress in costumes and be creative with decor. 
  10. Candy is allowed. Objects or candy may not be thrown from a float or vehicle. If candy/items are distributed, please have someone walk alongside the entry to hand them to attendees. If you throw candy from your float or vehicle, your entry will be disqualified for the 2023 & 2024 Christmas Parade. 
  11. Political banter, protests, profanity, or obscene entries are strictly prohibited. 
  12. Smoking and alcohol use are strictly prohibited.
