If a utility is not in an area how can it be made available to a property and who do I contact?

For water or sewer, contact the Engineering Department’s office with the address of the property and the proposed usage (is this for one house, or for developing a subdivision) and our staff will complete a feasibility study. Call 931-645-7400 and ask for the Gas Department to complete a gas feasibility study.
